All event tickets and associated fees are non-refundable. In the case of event cancellation, a full refund will be offered including service charges or fees.
You can request seat changes and upgrades up to 24 hours prior to an event by calling the Box Office. Event dates can be changed for a multi-showing event. All requests are subject to seating availability.
You can pick up your tickets at the Arena box office Monday-Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. or anytime the day of the event.
We do offer E-Tickets for most events. You will be given the option of E-Ticket or Will Call pickup when completing your order online. If you would like to convert your ticket to an E-Ticket after the order is complete, you will need to contact the Box Office.
In the case of an event cancellation you will be entitled to a refund. If the event has been rescheduled, make sure you keep your current ticket and you will be able to attend on the rescheduled concert date.
An order or single tickets on an order can be placed under another name by contacting our Box Office. Please note that only the persons name on a ticket may pickup the tickets at will call by presenting a photo ID.
You have five minutes from when you click on the "Find Tickets" button to complete your ticket order process until the tickets are released to be sold again.

Best available means that the website chooses the best possible seat(s) according to view and distance from the stage that are available for purchase at that time.
You can request a seat change by contacting the Box Office up to 24 hours before the event.
You may purchase up to 10 tickets for an event.
Most events at the Firelake Arena are all ages but there may be events with age requirements. Check for age restrictions. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children the age of 3 and under are not required to have a ticket.
Accessible/handicap seating locations (wheelchair spaces) are available and reserved for individuals with disabilities. In order to purchase these pre-reserved seats you must contact the Grand Event Center Box Office at 1-405-964-7263 or the Firelake Arena Box Office at 1-405-273-1637.
You must have a form of picture identification to pick up your tickets.
The box office is located at the West entrance of the Firelake Arena.
In the event of a postponement, we will post the new date on our website at or you may call 405-273-1637 or email It is the customers responsibility to follow up on rescheduled dates. We will not issue refunds for a postponed event.
